An integrated, design-led security architecture protecting a collection of prestigious contemporary bungalows.
Located at 8 Dyson Road, Dyson 8 Residences is a collection of three understated contemporary bungalows nestled within the prestigious Chancery Hill landed enclave. Developed under the Jean Yip Group, the homes were designed with meticulous attention to detail-bringing together modern living, privacy, and elegant entertaining spaces.
Securevision was engaged at the design and build stage to deliver a complete security system that complements the architecture while providing full protection.

This development was designed by aKTa-rchitects, a Singapore-based design practice known for contemporary residential and commercial architecture.
In landed homes of this calibre, security cannot be an afterthought. The objective was to create a system that homeowners can rely on-without feeling its presence dominantly within the architecture.
We implemented technology that complements the clean, contemporary design rather than dominating the facade or interior. This creates a protective envelope that supports both privacy and convenience for residents and guests, giving a system homeowners can rely on for full protection while remaining discreet throughout daily living.
Our engineering design standards prioritised preserving clean contemporary architectural lines, ensuring clear perimeter awareness with zero blind spots, implementing intuitive visitor communication channels, and delivering industrial-grade reliability for long-term use.
We worked closely with the project team during the development phase to ensure proper infrastructure planning before completion. By engaging early, we avoided the aesthetic compromise often seen in retrofit security installations.
Strategic placement of devices preserved the architecture while ensuring maximum coverage across access, surveillance, and intrusion detection. This ensured the security was built into the home’s DNA-not added as an afterthought. The final commissioning phase focused on homeowner usability, ensuring that despite the complex technology, daily operation remains intuitive and reliable.
Each residence is protected by a comprehensive 4-layer stack, providing full coverage from the outer perimeter to the interior sanctuary.
The Paradox burglar alarm system provides internal zones and perimeter contacts, ensuring peace of mind during both day and night.
8-camera Hikvision CCTV grids eliminate blind spots, covering the driveway, entrance, side access, and rear perimeter.
Aiphone audio-video intercoms allow residents to verify visitors clearly from within the home before granting access.
FAAC auto sliding gates provide secure, motorized driveway entry that integrates with the estate's access protocols.
The final outcome delivered seamless integration with the architectural design and complete perimeter and interior protection. Homeowners benefit from reliable day-to-day operation and a discreet system that enhances rather than disrupts the living environment.
By designing the systems during the build phase, we achieved a level of technical integrity that retrofitted systems simply cannot match-ensuring the home remains both beautiful and secure.
Security in landed homes is not about adding more devices. It is about designing protection into the home from the very beginning-so that safety, architecture, and convenience work together as one.
Every project Securevision delivers draws on multiple systems working together - cameras, access control, intercoms, vehicle management, network infrastructure, and platform software. The cards below show the full range of systems we design and install. Each one links to a deeper explanation of how it works, when it is needed, and what to look for when specifying it.
